Uppingham Post Office

The County Council has this week confirmed that Uppingham Post Office has been formally registered as an Asset of Community Value.

This means that, if it were to come up for sale, the community would have 6 months to raise the funds to buy it (and the owner cannot sell it to anyone else during those 6 months)..
